3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and associated costs are provided at the time of order or upon request. DS CARO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Hair products (wigs, toppers, hair systems) that have been worn, altered, or removed from their packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective
• Defective or damaged products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt
• Custom or OEM/ODM orders are non-refundable unless defective
