The OEM Process
- Requirement Analysis (Week 1): Review your specifications, target market, and compliance requirements. We identify feasible customization options and provide initial cost estimates.
- Design & Sampling (Weeks 2-4): Our engineering team creates technical drawings and produces 3-5 prototype samples for your approval. Revisions included at no extra cost.
- Certification (Weeks 4-6): Samples undergo CE/UKCA testing at authorized labs. We manage the entire certification process.
- Production (Weeks 6-10): Full production run with in-line QC, final inspection, and packaging per your specifications.
